ECVD Lifetime Achievement Award

This award will be presented every four years at a World Congress of Veterinary Dermatology by the current ECVD President. This award is designed to recognize a senior ECVD diplomate who has made major scholarly, scientific, educational or political contributions to veterinary dermatology in Europe or the World. An engraved plaque will be presented and a permanent mention of this award given on the ECVD website. The ECVD secretary requests nominations from the ECVD diplomates using the listserv at least 6 months before the WCVD. Additional nominations can be made by board members. The ECVD board examines all nominations and selects a recipient from the nominees by a consensus vote. Current ECVD board members and previous award recipients are ineligible for this award.
